The diva-in-training was perched on her director’s chair with her monogram “BIC” (which also stands for “b**ch in charge” — coincidence?), and rocked a too-cute tutu. But her her hairstyle took center stage, and Bey’s pic showed off all of the adorable and intricate braids.
Her braided hair was a far cry from the natural hairdo she rocked in Paris while out with her mom and dad Jay-Z. For the April 25 outing, baby Blue kept her hair in it’s natural curls, and let her long locks roam wild. Even though Blue Ivy’s undid hair garnered a lot of negative comments, we think she looks adorable both ways — natural or done-up!

Beyonce also posted photos on her Tumblr page of her own braided hairstyle, which looked to be taken when she was on vacation with her hubby to Cuba. In the pic, Queen Bey perched on the side of a balcony with her hair styled in long, straight braids that flowed down past her waist.
She also revealed her flawless, makeup-free face, and looked stunning without a trace of product!
